免费Ftp帐号/free ftp account  更新 BIBI 时间: 23:55

在明天中午12:00时才生效，当ROM下载关闭后有效，直到服务器关闭为止！！
因为服务器将要关闭了，为了答谢大家一直以来的支持，我们决定开放免费的FTP帐号给大家下载服务器超过70-80GB的ROM文件，获得ftp帐号的方法，在mIRC #emuchina 输入"!give me ftp a/c" 就行了。（限200人，单线程，15kb/s）
